What this policy covers
This page describes what happens when you visit this website (brainfroggy.wecodemobile.com). The Brain Froggy app on your phone has its own privacy policy, which you can read in the app under Settings → Privacy. The two are separate on purpose. The website has very few moving parts: a small set of pages you read, plus a contact form. That's everything we cover here.
For the Brain Froggy app
If you're looking for the policy that covers the app itself (sessions, hats, reminders, subscriptions), you have two ways to find it. Open Brain Froggy on your phone and go to Settings → Privacy, or read the same document on this website at /app-privacy/. The app handles different data than this website (your local reminder schedule, a Firebase Analytics event when you tap a button, a subscription receipt from Apple or Google) so it gets its own document.
Cloudflare Web Analytics (pageviews)
We count how many people read each page using Cloudflare Web Analytics. It's cookieless and runs from this beacon: https://static.cloudflareinsights.com/beacon.min.js. It records anonymous, aggregated pageviews. No cookie. No identifier we can trace back to you. No cross-site profile. We use the numbers to know which pages are worth keeping and which ones to improve. That's the entire purpose.
Contact form (Resend)
When you write to us through the contact form, we use Resend to deliver your message to our team email. Your name, email address, and message are kept in Resend's delivery log for up to 1 day, after which Resend permanently deletes them from that log. We never store contact submissions on this website itself. Once your message reaches our inbox, it lives there like any normal email; we read it and reply. Resend's own privacy policy is at https://resend.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Your rights
You can ask us what we have on file about you, ask us to delete it, or ask us to correct it. Because this website doesn't store visitor accounts and doesn't log pageviews against you personally, the practical scope is the contact form: if you wrote to us and want that email thread deleted, tell us and we'll remove it from our inbox. You also have the right to file a complaint with your local data protection authority. To reach us, use the contact form at /contact or write directly to hello@wecodemobile.com.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the website handles data (for example, if we add a new processor), we update this page and bump the last-updated date you can see at the top. We don't send notification emails about policy changes; we have no mailing list. The date stamp is the honest signal. If you care about the details, come back and re-read.
Contact
Questions about this page, or about your data, go to /contact. The data controller is WeCodeMobile, ul. Potęgowska 20/40, 80-174 Gdańsk, Poland. Direct email: hello@wecodemobile.com. We're a small team and we read every message.
