What happens after you write to us

Your message goes to our team email through Resend, the small delivery service we use for transactional email. A person on the team reads it and writes back. Usually within a few working days. Sometimes the same day, if you catch us at our desks. Your name, email address, and message are kept in Resend's delivery log for up to 1 day, after which Resend permanently deletes them. We never store contact submissions on this website itself; once your note reaches our inbox, it lives there like any normal email until we reply. No auto-reply. No ticket number. No follow-up survey.
