Who we are and what these terms cover

Brain Froggy is an app for iPhone and Android made by WeCodeMobile, ul. Potęgowska 20/40, 80-174 Gdańsk, Poland. These terms apply when you download and use the app, including the free trial and the weekly subscription. By using the app, you agree to them. This website has its own terms at /terms/, and what the app does with your data is explained in the app privacy policy at /app-privacy/.

What is free and what the subscription unlocks

Part of Brain Froggy is free for everyone, for as long as you keep the app: Froggy, the main screen and the daily quotes. The free trial and the subscription unlock the rest: the breathing sessions, the reminders (including the Live Activity on iPhone) and the cloud backup of your progress. The subscription screen in the app shows what is included before you buy.

The 7-day free trial

Every new install gets full access for the first 7 days. You don't pay anything and you don't need a card, so nothing is charged when the trial ends. After 7 days, the subscription features lock unless you subscribe; Froggy, the main screen and the quotes stay free. The trial is run by the app itself, not by Apple or Google, and there is one trial per anonymous ID. If you subscribe during the trial, your paid weekly subscription starts right away.

The weekly subscription and its price

The subscription is billed weekly and renews automatically. Before you confirm, the app and the App Store or Google Play show you the price in your local currency. Payment is charged to your Apple Account or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews every week unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the current week ends, and each renewal is charged within the 24 hours before that week ends. If the store has an introductory offer for you, it shows the offer's terms before you buy. If the price ever changes, the store tells you before the new price applies, under its own rules, and you can cancel before then.

How to cancel

You can cancel any time, and it takes a minute. On iPhone: open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, pick Brain Froggy and tap Cancel Subscription. On Android: open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, pick Brain Froggy and tap Cancel subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. After you cancel, you keep access until the end of the week you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

Payments go through Apple or Google, so refunds go through them too. We never see your card details and cannot issue a refund ourselves. On iPhone, ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. On Android, follow Google Play's refund steps in the Google Play Help Center (support.google.com/googleplay). Each store decides under its own refund policy. None of this limits the consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

Restoring purchases

New phone, or reinstalled the app? Tap Restore Purchases in the app's Settings or on the subscription screen, while signed in with the same Apple Account or Google Play account you used to subscribe. Restoring is free and does not charge you again.

Not medical advice

Brain Froggy is a breathing companion, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any illness, and nothing in the app is medical advice. If brain fog is frequent, comes on suddenly or feels severe, please talk to a doctor. If a breathing session ever makes you feel dizzy or unwell, stop and breathe normally.

Using the app fairly, and your licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use Brain Froggy for your own, non-commercial use. Please don't copy, resell, modify or reverse engineer the app, don't try to get around the trial or the subscription, and don't misuse or overload our servers. Froggy, the artwork, the animations and the texts belong to WeCodeMobile. On iPhone, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/) also applies; on Android, the Google Play Terms of Service apply as well. We keep the app running as well as we can, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the app or the law changes. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page. These terms are governed by Polish law; if you use the app as a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Questions? Write to us through /contact/ or at hello@wecodemobile.com. WeCodeMobile, ul. Potęgowska 20/40, 80-174 Gdańsk, Poland.
